I got a request to make a CHURCH.
The picture of the cutouts isn't too great but I think you can get the idea! You will have to draw lines for the steps of the church. I used vellum to make the stained glass windows. I used a gel pen for the cross and colored pencils to make the different colored "glass". For the door I just cut a piece of paper a bit bigger than the hole and also used colored pencils to color in some boxes to add depth. The overall dimensions are about 5x5, and that includes the cross on top of the church.
That is COOL!! It would look awesome on wedding pages..even baptism pages! :)ReplyDelete
I think the person who requested the design was wanting to use it for a baptism. I think you can really dress it up if you want. Doing the stain glass windows was easy!ReplyDelete
its something you can really play with to get the look you want..like doing the church in white...etc...Its just awesome! :)ReplyDelete
I just used some scrap to cut it as I didn't know if I would use it or not. I tend to use a lot of scraps for the files I make and cut as most of the files I will never use for anything LOL.ReplyDelete
