The Create comes in....

BLACK?? Who knew? Well I didn't know! *okie wonders why she is the last to know these things and then remembers it is probably because she doesn't like to to to Walmart anymore*.

I had to go pick up some Cricut blades today and noticed this! I was surprised to say the least and had to whip out my phone to take a picture *okie thinks she might be a little addicted to her camera phone but won't admit it publicly*. I am not tempted at all about purchasing one of these since I have the original Cricut and my red Expressions and I don't care for the black color since it would likely show dust very easily.

I wonder if they make one in red.....hhmmm.

  2. I kind of like it, but you might be right on the dust thing. Have you seen the black Expression?!?! My BFF just got one! I hope a purple one comes out. :)

  6. I don't understand a need for multiple expressions but I do like red. I am not so happy with Walmart. The cost of the Lites is high for what you get and they are making it hard for all the other small people selling cartridges. Oh well I have two. When I go in the store I go an look put on in my cart then put it back before I go to the check out. Is anyone else having these issues?
I love your blog Okie! I have been reading. I enjoy your post about the four day card. It turned out great. I love happy endings! ;)

  7. Linda I just have one Expressions..and it is red! LOVE IT! I haven't gotten any of the Lite's yet. I do like Feeling Groovy and Block Party but can't see myself paying $40 for a cart! ACK!

  10. I saw the black baby bug when I was on vacation. I had not actually seen one until then. I agree about the Lite cartridges, too much money for what you get. Oh well. Loved your college dry erase board and cork board Okie - too cute!

  11. I saw the black Create at my Walmart for $40 less than the original color & it came with the exact same cart & supplies -- why would that be? It was $149. I was tempted, but settled for a Lite cart instead.
