Happy Birthday using Tinkerbell

I finally finished one of the cards. I had a terrible time trying to decide on colors to use but that might have been because LOST was on and I can't seem to do things well when that show is on the tv!

Pink is the favorite color of the little girl whom the card is for so I tried to use it the most but didn't want it to be all pink. I found a sheet of paper I liked that had pink but some other colors that I could tie in.

I used Jasmine for the photo corners and Celebrations for the present. On the present I ran the "bow" through the xyron upside down and then added doodlebug glitter. I think it turned out nice. The scallop circle is a punch as are the circles. The sentiment is computer generated.

I used mounting foam to pop Tink, the present and the photo corners off the card. I think the little girl will like it. If not....well then she can just give it back!! HA HA HA

  3. This is a beautiful card and your work on Tinkerbell is exquisite!! I do a lot of the other Disney characters and I know how hard some of them can be to get right!

  4. I love how you gave Tink some subtle shading around the edges! That really makes her look good. You're inspring me to try and use this cart now.

    Love the whole card!

Not that it should be Tink, but just remember my birthday is in May okay??

  5. You did a fabulous job! I love the sparkle and the paper. It's perfect for Tink

  6. Okie... I think this is the cutest thing I've seen using Tink. I love your color choice, this is a great card.

  7. Super cute Okie. May have to use your card for a future project.

    Thanks for sharing :)

  8. I just found your blog today and I am so excited about it. Today is my birthday and I got a Cricut Expression machine.
I was wondering if you might know of a place to download a cut file for something similar to this. I really love these cards, but they are a pain to cut by hand! I got design studio for my birthday too, but I am so new to it, I can't quite figure it all out.
Thanks so much! I look forward to looking through more of your stuff.
